The 5-11, 178-pounder is a Suwanee native who has sub-31-inch arms, which will be a mark against him, but he’s still Brugler’s No. Turner was faster than everyone at this year’s combine, running a 4.26. “Porter has clear bust potential with his undisciplined play style and unbalanced change of direction, but he has intriguing matchup potential in the NFL because of his aggressive length and body quickness,” Brugler wrote. One of the most surprising players still on the board is the long-limbed Penn State cornerback who is third in Brugler’s cornerback rankings. If there are concerns about Dalman, Smith will be tempted to take Tippman, who moves great for a 6-6, 313-pounder. Tippman and Minnesota center John Michael Schmitz probably both get picked in the second round, which is probably too high for the Falcons if they feel OK about Drew Dalman. 'More than a running back': Why the Falcons didn't hesitate to grab Bijan Robinson early During a junior year in which the 6-3, 213-pounder caught 64 passes for 1,081 yards, Tillman had a combined 352 yards against Georgia and Alabama. He’s not the most polished route runner in this draft and he played only six games last year because of an ankle injury, but Tillman could be a steal. He’s the only player weighing more than 280 pounds to run a sub-4.5 40 at the combine. One spot below Benton in Brugler’s defensive tackle rankings, Adebawore is one of the most intriguing prospects because he’s 6-2, 282 pounds and ran a 4.49 40-yard dash and posted a vertical jump of 37.5 inches at the combine. Remember that Campbell said head coach Arthur Smith wants a “violent” defensive line.Ħ-3 309 | 33 7/8 arm | Hard to move /ur3MBNU55tĪdetomiwa Adebawore, defensive lineman, Northwestern “Urgency and violence are parts of his on-field identity,” Brugler writes. He’s 6-4, 309 pounds with arms that are nearly 34 inches long and he can eat up space and double teams in the middle. Benton is Brugler’s 56th-rated prospect (and No. The Falcons added two defensive linemen in free agency in Calais Campbell and David Onyemata, but you can never have too many. Keeanu Benton, defensive tackle, Wisconsin “White is still developing his craft and pass-rush technique/instincts, but he is a high-motor height/weight/speed edge player with power as a bull rusher and the mass to anchor versus the run,” Brugler writes. His age, 24, is a concern for some teams. The 6-foot-5, 285-pounder started his college career at Old Dominion and had only 3 1/2 career sacks before his final season at Georgia Tech, when he had 7 1/2. The Athletic’s Dane Brugler ranked White two spots below Felix Anudike-Uzomah, whom the Chiefs chose with the last pick of the first round, but White might be a better scheme fit for Atlanta, which had him in on a top-30 visit.
